Shipping policy

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before order ships. Tracking will be provided once order ships. Please allow 3-5 business days after order is shipped, however most orders are received within 3 days from shipping. 

All orders will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.  All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will ship.

All items that are preorder will ship as soon as they are received and checked at our office.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address (please verify your address before completing your order) or delays due to weather conditions. If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re shipped.

In lieu of your tracking information stating that the item was successfully delivered and/or signed for; we are not liable to send a replacement package.  You must contact carrier and open a claim.
